The Role

Pivotal in driving the revenue of the company, you will manage 2 important business activities in supply development and sales. Along with that, you would be driving marketing activities to enhance market visibility in expanding our business footprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the team to achieve supply and sales targets. In addition, ensure that resources within the Department are being optimized.
• Create and manage pipelines for supply development, to consistently able to acquire waste supply to keep manufacturing running at optimum capacity.
• Work among our current customers or create new customers pool to generate sales channels for newly developed products or new waste sources generated from supply development.
• Maintaining good relationships with existing business partners and initiating new networks to enhance our reach (both suppliers and customers) in the market.
• Work internally as a team member in all process flow and communications to ensure efficient flow of information and expectations.
• Acquire, summarize, and retain market intelligence, trends, and related information through research, consultation, network interactions, interviews, etc. Subsequently being able to provide leads to decision makers in plan and strategy implementation.
• Negotiate business deals (both supply and sales) so as they provide best favorable terms to the Karich in optimizing our profit and cash flow.
• Manage activities in association with “Karich Circularity Hub”, using this platform to optimize our collaboration with all parties (not limited to suppliers and customers) to promote and explore potential business for the company, and enhance our corporate visibility in public.
• Drive team members; provide guidance and draw development plans with a view to enhance capabilities of the departments.
• Consistently (through promotion and marketing activities) to strengthen the company reputation and footprint as differentiated champion in recycling and waste management.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of working experience (R&D, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing related) in any of following industrial-related activities:
  • Polymer recycling or compounding
  • Waste management.
  • Polymer (or compound) trading
  • Job within scopes of sustainability and circular economy.

• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate comfortably with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent in time management and meeting datelines. Capable of identifying priorities in execution.
• Proven track records in supply and sales development.
