The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will support revenue growth by executing sales activities, assisting in supply development, and implementing marketing initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, build relationships, and contribute to expanding the company’s market presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documentation for customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database systems.        
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and maintain regular follow-up with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to support business growth.        
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and branding activities.
• Monitor and follow up on sales progress, payment collection, and customer feedback.
• Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Support management with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and administrative duties as assigned.
• Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing skills to enhance work performance.
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of working experience in business operations within sales, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to collaborate with multiple teams across the organization
• Basic analytical and reporting skills.
